PCOS / PMOS nutrition tracking
GetMealWise features
Food tracking, everyday habits and personal nutrition guidance in one web app, built for people navigating PMOS (formerly PCOS). GetMealWise is operated by Lab7 LLC at getmealwise.com.

Food logging you can review
Log from meal photos, UPC/EAN barcodes, plain-language chat or manual entry. Add up to four photos to a meal. Review each item, portion and nutrient estimate before saving, and adjust portions with recalculated totals. Track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, fiber and sodium.
A personal nutrition assistant
Ask food questions, request healthier swaps and describe what you ate or did. The assistant can propose new meal, activity and supplement entries or corrections for review, and log water and weight. Conversations are saved; opening chat returns to your latest thread. Saved meals and recent records help it understand your usual routines.
Your journal, goals and trends
See meals by date, log past days, edit entries and confirm deletions. Track water, activity duration and distance, estimated calories burned, and daily weight. Compare nutrition and habits over time with personal goals. Activity calories are shown separately, not added to your food goal.
Favorite meals and meal history
Find past meals by name, date and filters. Save favorites with optional photos, portions and nutrition, repeat familiar meals, and see your most common foods and meal routines across your history.
PCOS / PMOS-aware planning
Get personalized meal ideas, food alternatives and multi-day meal plans. Save meal ideas and plans for later. Suggestions consider your dietary preferences, allergies, goals and PMOS profile, including pregnancy-related preferences. Vitamin suggestions are archived when you generate a new set.
Supplements and personal preferences
Record individual supplements or multivitamins with optional per-unit label nutrients. Keep actual intake separate from recommendations. Choose US or metric measurements and calorie units, manage allergies and diet preferences, and control whether medication names are included in AI context.
Reminders and progress rewards
Set meal, vitamin, water and custom reminder schedules with local times and repeat options. Open-app reminders work while the app is active; closed-app phone delivery depends on supported notification setup. Claim daily free credits and earn eligible streak and achievement rewards.
GetMealWise Plus reports
Plus includes a weekly nutrition, water, activity and weight report, optional Monday report emails, and a printable clinician summary PDF. Download your doctor report or email yourself a private link that expires after seven days. Plus also includes monthly credits and free basic assistant chat.
Account and privacy controls
Manage your profile, appearance, notifications and AI-sharing preferences. Export your data or request account deletion; a billing subscription must be canceled first. Meal photos and personal records are private, not public crawler content. Read the policies for AI processing and data handling.
Nutrition estimates, not medical advice
Nutrition reference data includes USDA food datasets and available restaurant values. Barcode lookup checks nutrition records and Open Food Facts before AI fallback. Photos cannot determine exact ingredients or portions; review estimates against labels where possible. GetMealWise does not diagnose, treat or cure PMOS or any condition. Discuss dietary changes, supplements and medication interactions with your clinician or pharmacist.
